I found this nifty little trick on Martha Stewart's website (via Pinterest) a while ago...
Bread, half-cooked bacon, and one egg is all you need.
Into the oven for a while and then, viola! Cute little breakfast cups! And they were so yummy.
P.S. When they're finished, the eggs will still look runny, but it's an illusion! They cook all the way through, still looking pretty on top.
